The journals and the cost of registration and publication for the ICEAT 2025 conference<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

As part of the conference, we are pleased to offer a comprehensive registration package that includes:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Access to all sessions over two days,<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Daily lunches and coffee breaks,<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Conference materials,<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Publication fees for accepted papers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    REGISTRATION AND PUBLICATION FEES:<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
    The registration fee is non-refundable and covers only the cost of conference participation. The conference organizers are not responsible for travel or accommodation expenses.<\/span><\/div>\n

    • Standard: 375 USD (570K IQD)<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Student: 350 USD (530K IQD)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      ATTENDANCE:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      Individuals, organizations, and institutes can participate in the conference for a 100 USD (150K IQD)<\/strong><\/span> fee.<\/span><\/p>\n

      • All payments are in USD or IQD.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • A publication selection email will be sent to the Corresponding Author (CA) to inform them of the publication options.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Upon response by the CA to the publication selection email, a letter of acceptance (LoA) for oral presentation in the conference sessions, publication, and receipt will be provided after payment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
