Please review the submission checklist below. We recommend that you review the<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong> <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/engsubmit2.qu.edu.iq\/index.php\/iceat\/index\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">About the Conference<\/a> <\/strong><\/span>page for the journal&#8217;s section policies, as well as the<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/engsubmit2.qu.edu.iq\/index.php\/iceat\/about\/submissions#authorGuidelines\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Author Guidelines<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. Submissions that fail to meet these requirements may be returned for revisions.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration&nbsp;(or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Follow the author guidelines and double-check the format and the content.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The submission file is in Word file format.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">All pages must be numbered sequentially, facilitating the reviewing and editing of the manuscript.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The manuscript should be written in English in a clear, direct, and active style.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Figures and tables are included in the text, and they should be self-explanatory and include concise yet sufficiently descriptive captions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The authors declare &#8220;no conflicts of interest&#8221; should be included if there is a conflict of interest.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The manuscripts should be arranged using the Manuscript Template&nbsp;<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1RSLorzX6VXODcZqZ5bOK2ePcD42YWQwO\/edit?usp=drive_link&amp;ouid=109709118488025532851&amp;rtpof=true&amp;sd=true\">ICEAT 2025 Template.<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Preparing your proceedings paper<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 20px;\"><strong>As a general rule, we would advise that an author does not submit more than two articles to a conference. This includes papers that they have co-authored. Furthermore, only one of them is accepted to be a Corresponding Author.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Page Setup<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please use margins of 2.5 cm (1 inch).<\/li>\n<li>Please use A-4 page size.<\/li>\n<li>Please use font style as Times New Roman.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Title Page<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Please use 14-point bold for your article title, with an initial capital letter for any proper nouns. Please margin the article title to the center.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">All the authors of a paper should include their full names, affiliations, postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers and email addresses on the title page of the manuscript. One author should be identified as the Corresponding Author. Please use one line for all author names and one line for all author information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">An informative 10-point bold abstract (100 to 200 words) presenting the main points of the paper and conclusions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Please include descriptive keywords (4 to 5). Separate keywords with a comma. Capitalize the first letter of each keyword (e.g., Science education, Survey development).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Main Text<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Please use 10-point font size.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Please margin the text to the justified.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Manuscripts should be single-spaced.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Footnotes and endnotes are not accepted. All relevant information should be included in main text.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Do not indent paragraphs; leave a space of one line between consecutive paragraphs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Do not underline words for emphasis. Use italics instead.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Both numbered lists and bulleted lists can be used if necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure that every in-text citation has a corresponding reference in the reference list. Conversely, ensure that every entry in the reference list has a corresponding in-text citation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Headings<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Subdivide text into unnumbered sections, using short, meaningful sub-headings. Please do not use numbered headings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Please limit heading use to three levels.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Please use 12-point bold for first-level headings, 10-point bold for second-level headings, and 10-point italics for third -level headings with an initial<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">capital letter for any proper nouns.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Leave one blank line after each heading and two blank lines before each heading. Tables and figures should not exceed the given page margins.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Provide captions (maximum length: 6 to 8 words) for each table or figure. Centre the caption above the table and below the figure. The ICEAT encourages authors to restrict self-citation to a minimum to control citation manipulation. ICEAT highly advises using no more than 2 related self-citations of any author.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>PEER-REVIEW<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">All submissions undergo an initial assessment by an Editor, who may decline articles that fall outside the conference&#8217;s scope or fail to meet quality standards prior to peer review.
