The journals and the cost of registration and publication for the ICEAT 2025 conference

As part of the conference, we are pleased to offer a comprehensive registration package that includes:

  • Access to all sessions over two days,
  • Daily lunches and coffee breaks,
  • Conference materials,
  • Publication fees for accepted papers.
REGISTRATION AND PUBLICATION FEES:
The registration fee is non-refundable and covers only the cost of conference participation. The conference organizers are not responsible for travel or accommodation expenses.
  • Early Bird: 350 USD (530K IQD)
  • Standard: 375 USD (570K IQD)
  • Student: 350 USD (530K IQD)

ATTENDANCE:

Individuals, organizations, and institutes can participate in the conference for a 100 USD (150K IQD) fee.

 

PAYMENT METHOD:

  • All payments are in USD or IQD.
  • A publication selection email will be sent to the Corresponding Author (CA) to inform them of the publication options.
  • Upon response by the CA to the publication selection email, a letter of acceptance (LoA) for oral presentation in the conference sessions, publication, and receipt will be provided after payment.

  • Internal payment can be made to the conference through the treasurer, Asaad Sasaa Agrab, as cash or as a bank transfer.
  • Cash payment on the event spot during the conference registration.
