All accepted peer-reviewed papers will be published in conference proceedings (INDEXED IN SCOPUS).
A number of selected high-impact full-text papers will also be considered for publication in special journals. All submitted papers will have the opportunity to be considered for these special journals. The paper selection will be carried out during the peer review process as well as at the conference presentation stage. Submitted papers must not be considered by any other journal or publication. The final decision for paper selection will be made based on peer review reports by the Editorial Committee jointly. Selected full-text papers will be published online free of charge in one of the following Scopus-indexed journals:

Submissions Guidelines
Submissions Guidelines
All authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers that have not been submitted elsewhere. Submissions must be written in English and formatted according to the conference template, including references and figures. All papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process by at least two experts in the field. Accepted papers will be included in the official conference proceedings, and selected papers may be invited for publication in indexed journals. Authors must submit their work through the online.

ICEAT 2025 maintains strict policies regarding AI-generated content and plagiarism for all conference submissions. Manuscripts must not contain more than 25% AI-generated material, and overall similarity should not exceed 20%. These guidelines are in place to uphold the originality, quality, and academic integrity of the submitted research.

Strongly recommended due to high demand, especially during peak seasons in Moscow. Limited accommodation options may be available for international participants through the host university.For convenience, a number of hotels are located near the campus of National University of Science and Technology MISIS (NUST MISIS) and within central Moscow, offering a range of accommodation options to suit different budgets.
