Submissions Guidelines

All authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers that have not been submitted elsewhere. Submissions must be written in English and formatted according to the conference template, including references and figures. All papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process by at least two experts in the field. Accepted papers will be included in the official conference proceedings, and selected papers may be invited for publication in indexed journals. Authors must submit their work through the online submission(Microsoft CMT) system by the stated deadline. For further information, please consult the Author Guidelines.

All paper submissions for the 4th International Conference on Computer Engineering and Science (ICCES 2025) must be completed through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). Authors are required to create an account or log in to the CMT system and follow the submission instructions provided.

AI & PLAGIARISM POLICIES

ICCES 2025 maintains strict policies regarding AI-generated content and plagiarism for all conference submissions. Manuscripts must not contain more than 25% AI-generated material, and overall similarity should not exceed 20%. These guidelines are in place to uphold the originality, quality, and academic integrity of the submitted research.

Accommodation

Conference participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation, and early booking is strongly encouraged due to high demand. Limited rooms may be available on-campus for international participants. For your convenience, several hotels in the vicinity of Universiti Tenaga Nasional include Cititel Express Kajang, The Everly Hotel Kajang, and Vista Hotel Kajang. Please note that availability and rates may vary, so it is advisable to confirm directly with the hotels or via a trusted online booking platform for the most current information.
